| Example of an Air Force Consolidated Training Folder - Form 623a -- includes training history and a Job Proficiency Guide (JPG). A JPG is maintained on an individual and is updated by a receiving supervisor to indicate special needs for the job the individual is entering. The JPG lists both training objectives and the type of mastery (Subject Knowledge, Task Knowledge and Task Performance Proficiency) which may be required using a Proficiency Guide.
