May 22, 2003 Meeting

WHO/WHAT:  

Prof. Tom Baggs, Instructional Facilities Designer in the Distance Education Dept. of Distributive Learning at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, will be our presenter.  He will address the matter of building teaching environments to work with distance learning in situations where both the instructor and the students have video sending and receiving capabilities.
